摘要:
农业是一个国家的基础产业，是国家能够稳定发展的保障，黑龙江省龙江县作为一个农业大县，玉米总产量位居全国第一位。但为了防治病虫害保证粮食产量，农药化肥的使用所产生的诸如农药残留、环境污染等一系列问题逐渐显露出来。随着社会经济的发展，人们不再只关注粮食的产量是否高于去年，而是尽量在经济利益与生态环境之间，找到一个平衡点，因此农业生态建设问题也渐渐走进人们的视野，引起了大家的关注。
Abstract:
Corn production of Longjiang County in Heilongjiang Province is large, ranking first in the country. While to prevent and control of plant diseases and insect pests of food production, a series of problems gradually revealed such as pesticide residues, environmental pollution and so on. With the development of social economy, people focused on finding a balance point between economic benefits and ecological environment instead of paying attention to food production whether it is higher than last year only. So agricultural ecological environment construction problems has aroused the attention of all
