摘要:
森林健康理念的提出，促使林业有害生物防治观念加速转变，“预防为主，科学防控，依法治理，促进健康”逐渐成为新时期林业有害生物防治工作的基本方针。在这—方针的指导下，森林植物检疫、监控预报等预防工作被放在林业有害生物防治工作的首位；依法防治和科技兴防得到加强，为林业有害生物防治工作提供支撑和保障；防治工作以营造林为基础，贯穿于林业生产的全过程。
Abstract:
The concept of forest health is put forward to change to accelerate forestry harmful biological control concept, the "prevention first, scientific prevention and control, and governance according to law, promote health" has become the basic principle of forestry harmful biological control work in the new period
