本文从代际公共品理论的角度时我国的农村土地制度改革进行分析，既为我国的土地制度改革研究开辟了独特的理论分析视角，又从现实上对农村土地制度改革的目标和办法做出分析，具有重要的理论与现实意义。
Abstract:
