摘要:
选择不同年龄紫椴枝条上的顶芽、侧芽为外植体,对其进行组织培养。采用正交试验法对基本培养基、激素种类与激 素浓度进行了筛选,找出影响芽分化的主要因子及最佳组合试验。
Abstract:
The buds and buds of different age were selected as explants and tissue culture was carried out. The basic culture medium, hormone variety and hormone concentration were screened by orthogonal test.
