浅谈在粮食行业中质量管理工具PDCA循环的应用

摘要:: 粮食行业的质量管理需配合质量工具进行统计及分析，在粮食行业的质量工具中，大多数都是用于质量管理与改进的，实际上质量管理与日常的管理是密不可分，息息相关的，质量管理的思路方法同样适用于日常管理。其中PDCA 循环的应用及其广泛且实用，本文对PDCA 进行了详细解读和阐述，并将其应用做了解析。

Abstract:: Food industry quality management need to cooperate with quality tools in statistics and analysis, in the food industry of quali? ty tools, most are used for the quality management and improvement, quality management and daily management is actually inseparable,is closely linked, quality management thinking method is also applicable to daily management. The application of PDCA cycle is widely and practical. In this paper, PDCA has been interpreted and expounded in detail and its application has been analyzed.
