摘要:
《中餐烹调技术》课程为餐饮管理、食品加工或厨艺专业中一门重要的专业课，该文结合目前教学实际，提出了一些教学中存在的问题，结合多年教学实践，从合理设置课程，加大实践教学，更新教材，改善教学方法方面提出一些改革建议，希望能为更好的完成好预定课程目标，为学生提高职业技能和适应职业转换奠定基础。
Abstract:
"the Chinese cooking technology" course management of food and beverage, food processing or professional cooking skills an important professional course, in this paper, combining the teaching practice, puts forward some problems existing in the teaching, combining with teaching practice for many years, from setting up reasonable curriculum, strengthen practice teaching, update the teaching material, put forward some reform Suggestions to improve the teaching methods, hoping to better finish booking the course target, in order to adapt students professional skills and professional lay the foundation.
