摘要:
中国特色社会主义进入了新时代。如何以高校绩效考核推动一流大学和一流学科建设，实现高等教育内涵式发展具 有重要作用。从高校绩效的内容确定、高校绩效目标的分解和落实、分级分类差异化考核、过程与结果考核结合、绩效考核结果 应用、提高绩效考核的效果、效率六方面对新时代高校绩效考核进行思考。
Abstract:
This article from the content of the performance of colleges and universities, colleges and universities in the decomposition and implementation of performance targets, hierarchical classification differentiation, process and results of examination combined, the application of performance appraisal results and improve the efficiency of the effect of the performance appraisal, six aspects of perfor? mance appraisal in universities in the new era.
