摘要:
随着我国国民经济的发展，中小企业得到了长足的进步。与此同时，我国中小企业内部控制制度的不完善，尤其是在 采购环节的问题日益突出，严重阻碍了中小企业的发展。因此，本文以中小企业为经济主体，以采购环节的内部控制为对象，分 析我国中小企业采购环节内部控制存在的问题，提出合理化建议，以进一步完善我国中小企业采购环节内部控制制度建设。
Abstract:
With the development of national economy, small and medium-sized enterprises have made great progress. At the same time, the internal control system of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is not perfect, especially in the procurement process, which seriously impedes the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, based on the small and medium-sized enterprises as the main body in the economy, is an object with the procurement procedures of internal control, analyzes the problems of small and medium-sized enterprises purchasing link of internal control, puts forward reasonable Suggestions, in order to improve the small and me? dium-sized enterprises in China procurement procedures internal control system construction.
