农机事故处理的原则及责任认定-《现代农业研究》

摘要:: 近些年，农机事故发生越来越频繁。一方面，是因为人们对农务机械的使用越来越广泛；另一方面，也是农务器械的使用方法还是不够专业和科学。本研究根据国家推出的法律准则及一些了解到的事故案例，简单介绍了农机事故处理各个方面不同的原则方法，也大概介绍了不同的事故情形所判断的责任认定。毕竟，现在农机事故时有发生，而农业又是我国的经济发展之本，所以，处理好农机事故中发生的问题，也是我们当前的重点事务。

Abstract:: In recent years, agricultural accidents have occurred more and more frequently. On the one hand, it is because people have more and more extensive use of agricultural machinery; On the other hand, the use of agricultural equipment is not professional and scientific. This research according to the national launch of the rule of law and some understanding to the accident cases, simply introduces the accident treatment aspects of agricultural machinery of different principle method, also introduced about the responsibility of the different accident situation judgment. After all, agricultural machinery accidents occur frequently, and agriculture is the economic development of our country. Therefore, it is our current priority to deal with the problems occurring in agricultural machinery accidents.
