摘要:
党的十九大报告指出：“中国特色社会主义进入新时代，我国社会的主要矛盾已经转化 为人民日益增长美好生活需要和不平衡不充分发展之间的矛盾。”发展不充分是对新时期效率的 要求，发展不平衡是对新时期公平的要求，解决好公平与效率的关系问题是解决中国特色社会主 义新时期主要矛盾的关键问题。
Abstract:
The 19th report points out: "socialism with Chinese characteristics into the new era, the prin? cipal contradiction in our society has been transformed into people's increasing needs a good life and not balance the contradiction between the full development." Development is insufficient demand for ef? ficiency in the new period, unbalanced development is the requirement of fairness in the new period, to solve the problem of the relationship between the good fairness and efficiency is to solve the main con? tradiction in the new period of socialism with Chinese characteristics of the key issues.
