综合林业建设发展的需求，以有效的认识标准度，不断提升林业综合整地过程，建立完善的综合
林区整地规范管理形式，拓展营林综合整治思路，完善整体林区的综合管理。

The national economic and social development of our country is in rapid growth stage, ac?
cording to the current demand for the forestry sector, system standards and market changes, accurate
judgment may exist great differences between foreign industry, analyzing the standard social reality, the
needs of the development of the need to strengthen the construction of national comprehensive forestry
with the understanding of the standard degree effectively, improve forestry comprehensive soil prepara?
tion process, establish and improve the comprehensive forest soil preparation specification management
form, the development of forestry comprehensive improvement ideas, perfecting the integrated manage?
