目前，随着我们国家社会经济的不断进步，各个地区的城市化进程正在不断的加快，而 在这样的时代背景之下建筑行业内部的竞争环境十分的激烈，而建筑工程之中的管理工作会直 接对建筑企业自身的核心竞争能力造成大幅度的影响，正因如此，建筑工程实际施工过程中的管 理工作目前受到了更高的重视，并且对其的实际要求也越来越高。从当下的实际情况来看，建筑 企业在不断进步和发展的过程中要紧跟时代发展的步伐，不断的引入全新的思想理念、新型的建 筑技术以及高级的管理模式，从而对目前建筑工程的管理工作作出根本性的改革和创新，从而达 到进
Abstract:
At present, along with the advance of social economy in our country, each region of urbaniza? tion is speeding up unceasingly, and under the time background of the construction industry internal competition is very fierce, and management of construction work can be directly to building its own core competitive ability to significantly impact, because of this, construction engineering construction management work is currently in the process of the higher priority. This paper mainly studies the new innovation management mode and the actual development in the construction project, and hopes to make some practical contributions to the construction engineering industry.
