摘要:: 本文以寒地城市——哈尔滨市为例，阐述了寒地城市生态公园建设的总体规划设计原则，结合寒地城市生态环境、地理位置和气候特征等自然环境概况，以打造适合寒地城市四季活动的公共空间，以及符合城市可持续发展的地域性特色景观为原则，对寒地特色景观资源加以合理利用与配置，丰富了寒地城市生态公园建设的研究内容，改善了寒地城市生态环境，为以后寒地城市生态公园建设提供有价值的理论指导与实践参考，以期加快寒地城市生态文明建设。
