摘要:: 自2014 年绥滨县被省确定农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证工作试点县以来，县委、县政府高度重视，确定北山乡为试点乡，在完成北山乡试点工作的基础上，全县8 个乡（镇）98 个行政村相继开展农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证工作。截至2017 年5 月末全县109 个村实测面积151.5 万亩，其中合同面积113.9 万亩，涉及农户29894 户。土地确权过程中，没有出现一起因土地确权引发的群体性事件和集体上访问题，农村社会和谐稳定。

Abstract:: Since Suibin County was designated by the province in 2014 as the pilot county for the regis? tration and certification of the right to contracted management of rural land, the county party committee and the county government have attached great importance to the determination of Beishan Township as the pilot township, and on the basis of the completion of the pilot work in Beishan Township, The county 8 townships (towns) 98 administrative villages have carried out the rural land contract management right registration and certification work.
