摘要:
在人们的日常饮食中，蔬菜是必不可少的食物。但是近几年来，毒豆芽、毒韭菜等蔬菜 安全事件一件接着一件发生，蔬菜的安全问题已经受到社会各界人士的广泛关注。本文重点分 析了新时期蔬菜的安全问题，以及提出了应对策略。
Abstract:
Vegetables are essential food in people's daily diet. But in recent years, the safety incidents of vegetables such as poisonous bean sprouts and poisonous leeks have happened one after another. The safety of vegetables has been widely concerned by people of all walks of life. This paper focuses on the safety problems of vegetables in the new period, and puts forward the countermeasures. Strategy.
