摘要:
手部小肌肉群的运动方式可称为精细动作，精细动作的发展与生理成熟、骨骼成熟、大 脑成熟以及肌肉成熟具有十分密切的联系。使用科学有效的训练方式发展其手指活动能力以及 手眼协调能力等精细动作可提高其智力以及社会生活能力，从而确保其健康成长。
Abstract:
The movement of small muscle groups in the hand can be called fine movements, and the de? velopment of fine movements is closely related to physiological maturity, skeletal maturity, brain maturi? ty and muscle maturity. Using scientific and effective training methods to develop fine movements such as finger movement ability and hand-eye coordination ability can improve their intelligence and social life ability so as to ensure their healthy growth.
