摘要:
王嘴村是欠发达地区较早推进村落重构、实现集中居住的一个成功典型。作为一个类 型，该村落重构呈现出村民本位、精英驱动、公共参与、集中居住和聚集效应等特征。这一类型给 人们最大的启示使推进集中居住可以不受经济落后的影响。
Abstract:
Wangzui village is a successful model of reconstructing villages and realizing centralized res? idence in less developed areas. As a type, the reconstruction of this village presents the characteristics of villager orientation, elite drive, public participation, centralized residence and aggregation effect. This type gives people the biggest enlightenment to promote centralized residence to be able to be free from the impact of economic backwardness.
