摘要:: 分布在各个村落的农村小学由于受到了经济水平、教学设施条件、师资力量等方面的影响，不仅不利于农村小学体育教师的生存，也不利于小学体育教学的可持续性发展。本文针对蚌埠市农村小学体育体育教师的基本现状展开了调查与分析，以期了解现阶段农村小学体育发展的优势与不足，并提出了几点适合改善蚌埠市农村体育教师生存状况的建议。

Abstract:: The rural primary schools in each village are affected by the economic level, teaching facilities and teachers, which is not conducive to the survival of physical education teachers in rural primary schools, but also to the sustainable development of physical education in primary schools. This paper conducts an investigation and analysis on the basic status of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in bengbu city, in order to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the development of physical education in rural primary schools at the present stage, and puts forward some Suggestions for improving the living conditions of rural physical education teachers in bengbu city.
