摘要:
如今，随着经济和社会发展，农村空心化现象与三农问题供给侧改革问题日渐突出。 农村中青壮年劳动力流向城市工作，造成农村人口在年龄结构分布极不合理，老龄化、空心化现 象普遍。通过调研江苏省连云港市灌南县百禄镇当地实际情况，用改革办法推进结构调整，减 少无效和低端供给，扩大有效和中高端供给，增强供给结构对需求变化的适应性和灵活性，提高 全要素生产率，更好满足广大人民群众需要，促进经济社会持续健康发展。本次调查是对目标 村落进行实地调研，对获得数据进行充分分析后，为改善农村空心化与三农问题供给侧改革提 供新思路，新途径。
Abstract:
Nowadays, with the development of economy and society, the rural hollowing phenomenon and the supply-side reform of the "three rural issues" have become increasingly prominent. The migra? tion of rural middle-aged labor force to urban work causes the unreasonable distribution of rural popula? tion in the age structure, and the phenomenon of aging and hollowing is widespread. By investigating the local situation in Bailu Town, Guannan County, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, we have adopt? ed reform measures to promote structural adjustment, reduce ineffective and low-end supply, expand ef? fective and high-end supply, enhance the adaptability and flexibility of supply structure to demand changes, improve total factor productivity and better meet the needs of the people in order to promote sustained and healthy economic and social development. This report is a field survey of the target villag? es. After full analysis of the data obtained, it would provide new ideas and new ways to improve the ru? ral hollowing and the supply-side reform of the three rural issues.
