摘要:
高等职业院校面向行业企业开展职工继续教育是行业企业提高人力资源素质的有效 方式，同时也是高等职业院校实现经济转型和升级的有效举措。本文就高等职业院校面向行业 企业开展职工继续教育过程中存在的问题进行研究和分析，并提出有效的对策，促进行业企业 职工在高等职业院校开展继续教育的落实，并望对以后有关方面的研究提供参考。
Abstract:
This paper studies and analyzes the problems existing in the process of developing employ? ee education for industrial enterprises in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward effective counter? measures to promote the implementation of employee education in higher vocational colleges, and looks forward to providing reference for future research.
