摘要:
为适应当前社会的转型发展需求，高校均致力于提升教育教学质量，努力培养全面发展 的高质量人才。这就要求高校图书馆要全面提高基本保障、传统服务、信息服务、文化传承与发 展服务、阅读推广服务等的质量与水平，以实现其为教学和科研服务的职能。
Abstract:
In order to meet the needs of social transformation and development, universities are commit? ted to improving the quality of education and teaching,and strive to cultivate high-quality talents with all-round development.University libraries are requires to comprehensively improve the quality and lev? el of basic guarantee,traditional services,information services,cultural heritage and development,reading promotion,and so on, to achieve their function as teaching and research services.
