摘要:
本试验采用HPLC 法测定乌腺金丝桃不同采收期不同部位中金丝桃苷的含量。结果表 明，金丝桃苷含量由低到高依次分布为：果实<花<嫩茎<叶；叶、嫩茎、果实中金丝桃苷含量最高 的时期为7 月份，花中为8 月份。乌腺金丝桃的最佳采收部位是叶，最佳采收期为7 月下旬。
Abstract:
In order to investigate the content of the hyperin in different parts and harvest period of the Hypericum attenuatum Choisy,the experiment assay the content changes of different parts and different harvest time of Hypericum attenuatum Choisy by the method of high performance liquid chromatogra? phy (HPLC) . The results showed that the contents of the hyperin were as follows: fruits< flower < ten? der stems < leaves. the highest content of leaves is in July, flowers in August, tender stem in July, and fruitinJuly,too.SothebestpartisleavesandthebestharvesttimeofHypericumattenuatumChoisyisJuly.
