摘要:
在当前，高校辅导员职业化建设已经成为了社会关注的一个焦点问题，为了更好的促使 高校辅导员职业化建设，本文首先对当前职业化建设的3+1 培训模式进行了分析，接着阐述了当 前辅导员职业化培养中存在的问题，最后论述了高校辅导员职业化培训的路径，以便可以更好的 推动高校辅导员职业化建设向前发展。
Abstract:
In the current, the professionalization of university counselors construction has become a fo? cus of the attention problems, in order to encourage college counselors professionalization construction, this paper firstly for the construction of professional training of 3 + 1 pattern are analyzed, and then ex? pounds the problems existing in the current counselors continually cultivate, finally discusses the pro? fessional training of university counselors path.
