摘要:
开展航海教育、办好航海专业必须取得海事局认可的资质，这是一项艰巨的工作，获得 资质必须经过国家海事局质量管理体系审核、办学师资和设施设备的现场核验。本文通过钦州 学院与广西海事局进行全方位深度融合，通过了国家海事局航海资质的审核过程，提出开展校政 合作的途径和方法，阐述开展校政合作对办好航海特色专业的措施和意义。
Abstract:
To carry out the navigation education, and to do well the navigation profession must obtain the qualification recognized by the maritime safety administration, which is an arduous work, and the qualification must be subject to the examination of the quality management system of the state maritime safety administration, the field verification of school teachers and facilities and equipment. Through the comprehensive and deep integration of qinzhou college and guangxi maritime bureau, this paper has passed the examination process of the navigation qualification of the national maritime bureau, pro? posed the ways and methods of carrying out the school administration cooperation.
