摘要:
2016 年1 月，中共辽宁省委高等学校工作委员会、辽宁省教育厅联合下发《省教育厅（省 委高校工委）2016 年工作要点》，明确强调“推进基于精品开放课程、在线学习平台的跨校修读课 程、学分互认工作”。本文以辽宁对外经贸学院与东北财经大学合作完成的财务分析课程为例， 阐述了项目实施的背景及意义，介绍了课程的推进过程，提出了值得思考的问题，希望通过进一 步思考，为项目的深入推进奠定坚实基础。
Abstract:
Taking the financial analysis course jointly completed by Liaoning University of Internation? al Business and Economics and Dongbei University of Finance and Economics as an example, this pa? per expounds the background and significance of the project implementation, introduces the course pro? motion process, and puts forward questions worth thinking about, hoping to lay a solid foundation for the in-depth promotion of the project through further thinking.
