摘要:
工会作为高等学校的重要职能部门，代表着高校职工利益，在高校的全面工作中发挥 着重要作用。高校工会财务人员工作质量是保障高校工会各项工作有序开展的重要前提。建 设一支高水平高素质的高校工会财务工作人员队伍刻不容缓。
Abstract:
As an important functional department of colleges and universities, trade unions represent the interests of college workers. Thus it should be act as an important mission in the overall work of col? leges and universities. The high quality of the financial staff of the university union is an important pre? requisite to guarantee the orderly development of the work of the university union. The construction of a high - level and high - quality university union financial staff team is urgent.
