摘要:: 在日常工作中收集档案的最后一个目标是最大限度地利用存档的信息资源。当今社会发展速度越来越快,越来越丰富,随着电脑的信息资源,在你的工作和普遍参与的工作访问互联网, 越来越多的资源概况和新闻媒体的日益丰富,信息资源,如何充分利用这些优势,提高档案信息资源开发,增加对合理文件的最适当的信息资源，面临一个新问题，必须改变态度，改进工作方法，增加适应能力，解决新问题。

Abstract:: Archivists' ultimate purpose of collecting and sorting archives in their daily work is to maxi? mize the development and utilization of archival information resources. In social development faster and faster, information resource is more and more rich at present, along with the popularization of the com? puter in your work and the Internet to improve participation in work, more and more access to the ar? chives information resources and means, information resource is more and more rich, how to make the fullest use of these advantages, make greater efforts to develop the archives information resources for more information resources and will be fully reasonable utilization of resources, archivists are facing a new problem, must convert ideas, improve the working methods, improve business ability to adapt to the new time, solve new problems.
