摘要:
近年来，就业问题已成为全球共同关心的世界性问题。我国的就业压力与日俱增，解 决就业问题是我党和政府一项重要任务。本文以独立学院福建师范大学协和学院（XH 学院）的 具体实际出发，充分利用SWOT 分析法来确定并分析影响毕业生就业水平的两个重要因素：一、 内部因素（即“SW”，竞争优势和劣势）；二、外部因素（即“OT”，外部环境带来的机会和威胁），并 提出有效提高毕业生就业水平的方法和对策，促进独立学院就业工作的顺利开展，最终达到社 会主义和谐社会的有效构建。
Abstract:
In recent years, employment has become a global issue of common concern. China's employ? ment pressure is increasing day by day, to solve the employment problem is an important task of our par? ty and government. Based on the actual situation of union college of fujian normal university (XH col? lege), an independent college, this paper makes full use of SWOT analysis to determine and analyze the two important factors that influence the employment level of graduates. 2. External factors (i.e. "OT", op? portunities and threats brought by external environment), and put forward effective methods and counter? measures to improve the employment level of graduates, promote the smooth development of employ? ment of independent colleges, and finally achieve the effective construction of a socialist harmonious so? ciety.
