摘要:
伴随着市场经济的不断发展和进步，建筑项目规模逐渐增大，为了有效提升建筑监管 水平，建筑单位要在提升施工监督效率的基础上，就要对内部财务会计管理工作予以监管，确保 其能维护管理效率和控制水平。本文简要分析了建筑企业财务会计管理中的缺陷，并对管理优 化措施展开讨论，仅供参考。
Abstract:
With the continuous development and progress of the market economy, the scale of construc? tion projects is gradually increasing. In order to effectively improve the level of building supervision, construction units should improve the efficiency of construction supervision. It is necessary to supervise the internal financial accounting management to ensure that it can maintain the management efficiency and control level. This paper briefly analyzes the defects in the financial accounting management of con? struction enterprises and discusses the management optimization measures for reference only.
