摘要:: 在国家大力发展职业教育的背景，现代学徒制的探索与实践不断运用而生，本文是基于新疆石河子职业技术学院农业装备应用技术专业现代学徒制试点为基础，探索总结出的“双主体、双身份、双导师、双场地和双考核”的五双一体人才培养基础，理论教学与实践教学双螺旋提升的人才培养模式。

Abstract:: In the context of the country's vigorous development of vocational education，The explora? tion and practice of modern apprenticeship is constantly used，This paper is based on the modern ap? prenticeship pilot program for agricultural equipment application technology in Shihezi Vocational and Technical College, Xinjiang，Exploring the five-in-one talent training foundation of“double subject, dual identity, dual tutor, dual venue and double assessment”，Talent training mode of theoretical teach? ing and practical teaching.
