摘要:
为实施乡村振兴战略，缩小城乡差距，国家在近年来已经出台了许多相关的扶贫政策， 大力推动农村地区的改革发展。目前，福建区域许多农村的经济实体运营状况不佳，农村改革 滞后发展，很大一部分是由于经营管理效能的低下，产业体系不完善导致的，使得这些地区对资 金、资本、信息流的吸引力持续走低，为了改变现状，需要有针对性地强化农村经济经营管理。
Abstract:
In order to implement the rural revitalization strategy and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, the state has introduced many relevant poverty alleviation policies in recent years and vigorously promoted the reform and development of rural areas. At present, many rural economic enti? ties in the Fujian region are operating poorly, and rural reforms are lagging behind. A large part is due to the low efficiency of management and the imperfect industrial system, which makes these regions at? tractive to capital, capital and information flow. In order to change the status quo, it is necessary to strengthen the management of rural economic operations in a targeted manner.
