摘要:
随着我国经济水平的全面提升，人们的生活水平进一步提升，人们对农产品安全提出 了更高的要求。现阶段农产品质量与安全问题日益突出，其中农药残留超标作为一个重要的问 题，若不得到解决便会对农产品竞争力以及人们的身体健康造成影响。为了改善这一现状，保 障人们的健康，还应将行之有效的控制手段应用其中，促进我国农业的全面发展。本文将对水 稻农药残留全程控制策略进行分析研究，对有效的控制对策进行介绍。
Abstract:
With the overall improvement of China's economic level, people's living standards have been further improved, people put forward higher requirements for the safety of agricultural products. At present, the quality and safety of agricultural products are becoming more and more prominent, among which pesticide residues exceeding the standard as an important issue, if not solved will have an impact of agricultural products and people's health. In this paper, the whole control strategy of pesticide residues in rice is analyzed , and the effective control countermeasures are introduced.
