摘要:
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020 年）》（以下简称《规划纲要》）实施 以来，我国职业教育快速发展，对促进中小企业的发展产生了巨大促进作用，特别是在经济新常 态下，高职教育与创新型中小企业的协同发展呈现出新的特点。本课题结合高职教育人才培养 特点与长沙市创新型中小企业发展现状，提出构建高职教育与创新型中小企业协同发展的策略 建议，为长沙市高职教育专业建设适应市域创新型中小企业发展提供参考。
Abstract:
Since the implementation of the outline of the National medium-and long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020), the rapid development of vocational education in China has greatly promoted the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. In the new economic nor? mal, the collaborative development of higher vocational education and innovative small and mediumsized enterprises presents new characteristics. Based on the characteristics of talent training in higher vocational education and the current situation of the development of innovative small and mediumsized enterprises in Changsha, this paper puts forward some strategic suggestions for the construction of coordinated development of higher vocational education and innovative small and medium enterprises.
