Title:: Reflections on the Cultivation of Student Cadres in Colleges and Universities

摘要:: 高校学生干部是学生中的骨干力量，对于社会、学校、学生干部自身，以及其他同学的发展都起着重要的作用，科学地挖掘、管理这一社会资源显得尤为重要。本文旨在对高校学生干部的培养提出些许建议和思路，更好地实现学生干部的全面发展。

Abstract:: College student cadres are the backbone of students and play an important role in the devel? opment of schools, student cadres themselves and other students. It is particularly important to scientifi? cally excavate and manage this social resource. The purpose of this paper is to put forward some sugges? tions and ideas for the training of student cadres in Colleges and universities, so as to better realize the comprehensive development of student cadres.
