摘要:
中国改革开放以来,快速发展的民营经济,已成为国民经济发展,促进市场繁荣和社会 稳定的一支重要力量。然而,在发展过程中出现的各种问题也影响着民营企业的健康发展。这 些问题出现的原因是多方面的,其中一个重要的方面就是企业激励机制的不健全。本文立足于 对民营员工激励问题的探析,提出民营员工激励问题的改进措施。
Abstract:
Since China's reform and opening up, the rapidly developing private economy has become an important force for the development of the national economy and the promotion of market prosperity and social stability.However, various problems in the process of development also affect the healthy de? velopment of private enterprises.The reasons for these problems are various, one of the important as? pects is the enterprise incentive mechanism is not sound.Based on the analysis of private employee moti? vation problems, this paper puts forward the improvement measures of private employee motivation problems.
