生物多样性是人类社会赖以生存和发展的基础。本文以玉溪市生物多样性保护与重
建为例，对城市的动植物资源、自然保护区和公园等核心环境因素进行现状分析评价，提出玉溪
生物多样性保护与重建工作须以绿线控制和蓝线控制为核心策略，阐述了在绿线和蓝线控制下
各类生态空间保护与建设的具体措施与方法。

Biodiversity is the basis for the survival and development of human society. Taking the con?
servation and reconstruction of biodiversity in Yuxi City as an example, this paper analyzes and evalu?
ates the status quo of the core environmental factors such as animal and plant resources, nature reserves
and parks in the city. It is pointed out that green line control and blue line control should be the core
strategy for biodiversity conservation and reconstruction in Yuxi, and the concrete measures and meth?
ods of ecological spatial protection and construction under the control of green line and blue line are ex?
pounded.
