摘要:
农业农村农民问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题。十九大提出的“乡村振兴战略”为 我国的乡村建设发展谋划了美好蓝图，指明了发展路径。精准扶贫是乡村振兴战略的重要组成 部分，是帮助贫困群众脱贫致富，有效解决三农问题的重要抓手。本文基于当前农村精准扶贫 的实施现状，剖析乡村振兴战略背景下精准扶贫的关键环节，以期为建设富裕和谐秀美乡村提 供可行性建议。
Abstract:
The problem of agricultural and rural peasants is a fundamental problem related to the nation? al economy and people's livelihood. The Rural Revitalization Strategy put forward by the 19th CPC Na? tional Congress has drawn a good blueprint for the development of rural construction in China and point? ed out the path of development. Precision poverty alleviation is an important part of the rural revitaliza? tion strategy and an important hand to help the poor people out of poverty and become rich, and to effec? tively solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Based on the current situation of the im? plementation of precision poverty alleviation in rural areas, this paper analyzes the key links of precision poverty alleviation under the background of rural revitalization strategy, with a view to providing feasible suggestions for the construction of rich, harmonious and beautiful villages.
