老龄化背景下的南昌市老旧小区适老化景观设计研究

Title:: Study on suitable Aging Landscape Design of Old Community in Nanchang City under the background of Aging

摘要:: 近年来，为了积极应对老龄化问题，我国不断推动老龄事业的发展，提出了“居家养老为基础，社区养老为依托，机构养老为补充”的养老体系，并在“十二五”时期取得飞跃成就。但是随着经济的发展和医疗技术水平的提高，人口老龄化形势依旧严峻。居家养老模式下如何满足老年人居住小区外部景观环境需求成为社会关注的重点。本文通过分析老年人的基本特征，提出小区适老化景观设计策略，为老年人的晚年生活提供一个高质量的景观环境。

Abstract:: In recent years, in order to actively deal with the problem of aging, China has continuously promoted the development of the cause of the elderly, and put forward the pension system of "home pen? sion as the basis, community pension as the basis and institutional pension as the supplement". And made leap achievements in the 12th five-year Plan period. However, with the development of economy and the improvement of medical technology. Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of the el? derly, this paper puts forward the design strategy of the aging landscape in the community, so as to pro? vide a high quality landscape for the elderly in their later years.
