摘要:: 在新时期背景下，我国高校辅导员思政教育工作面临着诸多的困境及调整，如何紧抓时代脉搏，贯彻马克思主义理论是当代思政教育的关键。本文结合新时期下高校辅导员思政工作的意义，探析思政教育工作所面临的困境，以辅导员教育工作角度，提出应对思政教育困境的策略及方法。

Abstract:: Under the background of the new period, the ideological and political education of college counselors in our country is facing many difficulties and adjustments. How to pay close attention to the pulse of the times and carry out Marxist theory is the key to contemporary ideological and political educa? tion. Based on the significance of ideological and political work of college counselors in the new period, this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by ideological and political education, and puts forward some strategies and methods to deal with the predicament of ideological and political education from the per? spective of counselors' education.
