Abstract:: With the sustained and steady development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization in China, the construction industry has also ushered in new development opportunities. In the construc? tion process of large-scale engineering projects, due to the uncertain factors and fierce competition in the future, it inevitably brings all kinds of risks and the complexity of the construction of engineering projects. Individualization and long production cycle also increase the uncertainty of project construc? tion. Therefore, the construction risk management of engineering project has become the key factor to improve the success rate of project construction, and has been paid more and more attention in the whole development system. As one of the engineering project management, risk management is the big? gest economic effect for construction enterprises. One of the important factors of benefit and social bene? fit. This determines that while the construction enterprises do a good job of investment control, progress control, safety production, quality control and civilized construction, they should construct the risk man? agement mechanism of the construction project and strengthen the early warning of the construction risk of the construction project.
