摘要:
“工匠精神”成为了现阶段人才培养的主要方案，同时，也为各国创造业的发展积蓄了 重要的力量。对此，我们也应该明确高职院校的办学定位与生存发展需求，通过课程设置、专业 建设、产教融合等方式来强化人才培养体系的质量。
Abstract:
The "the spirit of the craftsman" has become the main program of the talent training at the present stage, and also has accumulated an important force for the development of the national creative in? dustry. In this regard, we should also specify the position of the running of the higher vocational colleges and the needs of the survival and development, and strengthen the quality of the personnel training sys? tem through the way of curriculum setting, professional construction, and education and fusion.
