The crime of violating the personal information of citizens has been added in the ninth crimi?
nal law of our country and the crime has been improved through judicial interpretation. However, there
are some problems and disputes in the specific identification process of this crime, so it is necessary to
study it to provide a stronger guarantee for the personal information security of citizens in the era of big
data.
