摘要:
习总书记在十九大报告中指出：创新是引领发展的第一动力，是建设现代化经济体系 的战略支撑。而产学研合作模式是企业实现技术创新、高校实现人才培养创新以及科研单位实 现科研创新的重要举措，更是推动拔尖创新人才培养以及企业实现技术化生产的重要战略规 划。随着国家对于产学研合作以及创新的重视程度逐渐提高，延边地区近年来的产学研合作模 式日益多元化，不仅提高了延边地区产业的核心竞争力，更是大大提高了创新人才培养工作的 效率。基于产学研协同创新人才培养工作是一项持续的、复杂的、具有挑战的战略性工作，本文 从探讨产学研协同创新人才培养效果的重要性出发,分析了当前延边地区产学研协同创新人才 培养的情况与优势劣势并提出合理化建议，旨在为延边地区的产学研协同创新人才培养工作提 供帮助。
Abstract:
General secretary xi jinping pointed out in the report of the 19th CPC national congress that innovation is the primary driving force for development and the strategic support for building a modern? ized economic system. The mode of industry-university-research cooperation is an important measure for enterprises to realize technological innovation, universities to realize personnel training innovation and scientific research institutions to realize scientific research innovation, and it is also an important strategic plan to promote top-notch innovative personnel training and enterprises to realize technologi? cal production. With the country's increasing emphasis on industry-university-research cooperation and innovation, the modes of industry-university-research cooperation in yanbian have become increas? ingly diversified in recent years, which not only improves the core competitiveness of the industry in yanbian, but also greatly improves the efficiency of innovative personnel training. Based on collabora? tive innovation of industry, the talent training is an ongoing, complex and challenging strategic work, this paper discusses the collaborative innovation of industry, the importance of the training effect, ana? lyzes the current production of the yanbian region of collaborative innovation personnel training situa? tion and advantages disadvantages and put forward reasonable Suggestions, aimed at the yanbian area production, together with the innovative talent training work to offer help.
