摘要:
主题班会活动课是学校对学生实施德育教育的主要阵地，它的作用非常重要,对于班主 任做好班级管理工作、提升班主任的业务能力和学生的心理健康成长等方面都有着积极的意 义。班主任要充分挖掘主题班会的育人功能,更新班会课育人理念,丰富班会课活动内容,创新班 会活动方法,探索主题班会活动促进中职学生思想教育的有效途径,全面提高学生的德育素养。
Abstract:
The activity class of the theme class is the main position of the school to carry out the moral education of the students, and its role is very important. It is of positive significance to the class teacher to do the class management, to improve the professional ability of the class teacher and the psychologi? cal healthy growth of the students. In order to improve the quality of the students' moral education, the class teacher should fully explore the education function of the theme class, update the education con? cept of the class, enrich the content of the class and the activities of the class, explore the effective way to promote the ideological education of the middle-grade students in the course of the theme class, and improve the students' moral education quality.
