摘要:
自改革开放以来，社会经济得到了空前的发展。农村闭塞的文化与经济格局随着市场 经济的出现而打破，相应的农民收入与职业出现了重大的变化。当前农民的生活得到显著改 善，但是农民对于精神文化表现出迫切的需求。让农民参与文化建设是乡村文化建设的根本任 务，同时也保障农民享受娱乐文化的权利。快速发展的市场环境及新媒体深刻影响农村文化建 设，如何让农村文化建设满足人民的精神文化需求成为农村文化发展需要思考的问题。
Abstract:
Since the reform and opening up, the social economy has gained unprecedented development. The cultural and economic pattern of rural occlusion has broken down with the appearance of market economy, and the corresponding income and occupation of farmers have changed greatly. At present, the life of farmers has been improved significantly, but farmers show urgent demand for spiritual culture. It is the fundamental task of rural culture construction to let farmers participate in cultural construction, and to guarantee the right of farmers to enjoy the entertainment culture. The rapid development of the market environment and the new media affect the construction of rural culture.
