摘要:
随着乡村振兴的推进和农村经济的繁荣，农村资产评估需求日益增加。面对农村资产 评估市场需求，需要培养和建设一批熟悉农村资产评估法律法规和农村政策、熟练运用人工智 能和信息技术、能够胜任农村多元化、多样性的资产评估人才队伍。农村资产评估人才要具有 创造性，能为农村资产评估进行理论创新、模型构建和方法改进。高校应审时度势设置农村资 产评估课程，增加实务案例教学。加强师资建设，利用校企合作推进实践性教学。此外，应通过 网络教学及时传播农村资产评估的前沿性知识。
Abstract:
With the promotion of rural revitalization and the prosperity of rural economy, the demand of rural assets evaluation is increasing day by day. In the face of the demand of rural assets evaluation mar? ket, assets evaluation talents who are familiar with rural assets evaluation laws and regulations as well as rural policies, who are adept in artificial intelligence and information technology, and who are compe? tent for diversified rural asset evaluation are in urgent demand. Rural assets appraisal talents should be creative and qualified in making theoretical innovation, model construction and method improvement for rural assets appraisal. Colleges and universities should set up the course of rural assets evaluation accordingly and strengthen the case teaching. They should also further enhance their teaching faculty and promote practical teaching through the cooperation between schools and enterprises. Furthermore, the cutting-edge knowledge of rural assets evaluation should be spread in time through online teaching.
