摘要:
随着时代的发展和进步,促进农村地区经济发展、加强城乡统筹工作成为了区域政府 工作的核心问题。因此,如果想真正增加广大农民群体的土地增值收益,就必须考虑城乡建设 用地市场的统一建立。为此,本文将主要从城乡统筹视角分析农村集体经营性建设用地入市机 制,对其现状进行客观阐述,进而预测其未来发展。
Abstract:
With the development and progress of the times, the economic development of the rural areas is promoted, and the urban and rural integrated work has become the core problem of the work of the re? gional government. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the unified establishment of the market for ur? ban and rural construction if we want to truly increase the land value-added benefit of the vast majority of the farmers. To this end, the paper will analyze the construction land of rural collective operation from the perspective of urban and rural integration, and make an objective description of its present situation, and then predict its future development.
