摘要:: 慈利县农村经济发展并不是很好，没有达到新农村发展所需要求，经济状况有待提高。耕地中多为丘陵山地，且地块零散，难以实现大规模机械作业，只能依靠人力劳动及简单器械进行。作物种类丰富，粮、棉、油、麻、茶、糖、菜、烟、果均有种植。农村村民的经济来源主要靠外出打工以及家庭种养。外出务工因其收入快、效益高成为越来越多村民的经济来源之道。

Abstract:: The rural economic development of Cili County is not very good, which does not meet the re? quirements of the new rural development, and the economic situation needs to be improved. Most of the cultivated land is hilly and mountainous, and the plot is scattered, so it is difficult to realize large-scale mechanical operation, so it can only rely on human labor and simple equipment. Crop variety, grain, cot? ton, oil, hemp, tea, sugar, vegetables, tobacco, fruit are planted. The financial sources of rural villagers mainly rely on going out to work and family farming. Migrant workers have become the financial source of more and more villagers because of their fast income and high efficiency.
