摘要:
作为现代农业技术中比较活跃、应用范围较为广泛的新兴技术，同样作为全国各大农 林院校开设的重要而且基础的专业课程。园艺植物组织培养课程教学，就要使得学生在课程中 获得一定的实践能力和相关技术操作能力。教学设计要做到环环相扣，在一定程度上避免教学 环节的脱节与模式化课堂，着力有效保障学生都可以进行高质量和高效率的学习。通过整体的 课程学习，获得与园艺植物组织培养的相关基础知识。怎样充分有效的进行课程教学改革这一 课题就显得尤为重要。
Abstract:
As an active and widely used emerging technology in modern biotechnology, it is also an im? portant and basic professional course offered by agricultural and forestry colleges and universities in China. The teaching of horticulture plant tissue culture course requires students to acquire certain prac? tical ability and related technical operation ability in the course of horticulture plant tissue culture. The teaching design should be interlocking, avoid the disconnection of teaching links and stereotyped class? room to some extent, and strive to effectively ensure that students can learn with high quality and effi? ciency. Through the whole course learning, the basic knowledge related to horticultural plant tissue cul? ture is acquired. How to carry on the course teaching reform adequately and effectively this topic ap? pears to be particularly important.
