摘要:
随着我国经济的不断发展，农村的城镇化水平日益提高，农村经济进入了新的发展阶段。在 这样的形势下，农村劳动力综合能力的全方位发展显得尤为重要，否则会因为无法适应现代社会发展 而被淘汰。新型职业农民培训模式是满足于农村城镇化需求的模式，它致力于农村人力资源的开发， 对农村城镇化产生了巨大的影响。因此，我们要保质保量地完成新型职业农民培训工作，培育出高素 质的新时代农民，致力于向推进农村城镇化提供更多的人才资源，实现中华民族的伟大复兴。本文就 当前形势下对新型职业农民培训进行了简单的探究，以期更好地服务于农村城
Abstract:
With the continuous development of China's economy, the level of urbanization in rural areas is increasing day by day, and the rural economy has entered a new stage of development. In this context, the quality of the rural labor force must be improved, otherwise it will be eliminated because it can not adapt to the development of modern society. The new vocational farmer training model is to meet the needs of rural ur? banization development, it is committed to the development of rural human resources, which has a great im? pact on rural urbanization. Therefore, we must improve the quality of the training of new professional farmers, cultivate high-quality farmers in the new era, provide talent support for the promotion of rural urbanization, and provide talent support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
